Adil has an analytical background from his early career in asset management at Barings where he managed investment risk across a range of equity and fixed income portfolios. After earning his MBA from JBS, University of Cambridge, stints at a large agency group followed by a digital reputation start-up completed his transition to the strategy and marketing space. Adil leads our Insight & Analytics team and is the architect of our EVA commercial evaluation methodology.

He’s an expert in bringing together data, technology and operations to deliver the right customer interactions. As our operations lead, he loves a good business case, operating model and value tracker.
