Internet Matters needed to define and agree a bold 3 year strategy with its Founding Members, in order to secure continued investment and to activate effective partnerships to reach the maximum number of parents with the right advice at key moments.
As a small business it is challenging to find the appropriate time to invest in developing a thorough business strategy; Manifesto allowed us to do so by embedding themselves in our business and having a focussed and structured engagement plan. Through challenging questions and intelligent thinking they helped us articulate a strategy that created a compelling business case for further investment and support from our Members.
