Nick is one of the founding partners of Manifesto. He’s been a C-Suite client, a consulting managing director and has been delivering customer-led, transformational marketing in companies across the world for longer than he cares to remember. He serves on the members council of the Tate and is an honorary fellow of The Marketing Society.
Andy is a founding partner of Manifesto and a bona fide media industry specialist. Andy has 20 years’ consulting experience working with FTSE 100 companies, rising to Managing Director for Accenture’s Communications, Media and Technology practice where he led the Sky account.
Jas is our customer-led design thinker. Coming from the worlds of customer insight and innovation consultancy, she puts the customer at the heart of everything, helping businesses to drive stronger outcomes through better, more customer-focussed services and ways of working.
Mark is a Partner at Manifesto. Having founded, grown, merged and sold businesses, Mark has spent well over twenty years helping clients unlock value and deliver customer focused propositions.
Rob leads our Commercial Strategy engagements, most recently with Unruly and News UK. He has extensive experience in media having led digital practices with Accenture and Ogilvy.
Clive joined Manifesto from OgilvyOne. He has been supporting companies through journeys towards greater customer-centricity for 17 years, balancing customers’ needs with data, tech, commercial and organisational feasibility to create brilliant propositions and experiences.
Sam is the EVP of our New York office where he leads major engagements with Fox, Storyful and The Wall Street Journal. His skill set includes business growth strategy, customer experience development, digital innovation, data and analytics.
Liz is our Strategy Director. She’s a former CMO from Ascential plc and award-winning marketer from global media including The Times, Cannes Lions and heat magazine.
Hollie joined Manifesto from dunnhumby, the global leader in customer data science, where she helped global retailers & CPG clients to thrive in the data-driven economy. Hollie leads our Innovative Proposition and Customer Data Strategy services.
Sarah is an ecommerce specialist with a track record of delivering growth for some of the biggest brands and fastest growing pure-play retail companies in the UK. An alumni of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation, Sarah has led major projects for a wide range of clients out of our London and New York offices.
Adil is our Analytics Director and our senior value specialist. He began his career as an investment risk manager at Barings. He’s an expert in data-driven commercial strategies and is the inventor-custodian of EVA, our unique value modelling ‘robot’. He’s led projects with Purina, Bacs and Berendsen.
Laura joined Manifesto from Capgemini Consulting’s Customer Experience practice. Through her work at Manifesto, she’s become an expert in direct-to-customer business models, content monetisation and lifetime value planning. Laura is both a brilliant programme manager and a highly creative customer experience designer.
Marine joined Manifesto from TBWA where she worked on brand and communication strategy for a range of global brands in New York, Paris and Sao Paulo. She applies her disruptive and creative thinking to help clients develop customer-led growth strategies and innovative propositions.
Sophie comes from a later stage fintech startup which provided financing solutions for digital media and ad tech businesses. Her role was to ensure that the company’s products met the needs of customers to help them support and sustain growth. Sophie is particularly interested in how disruptive technologies, particularly within financial services, are changing customer expectations and behaviours.
Winnie is a marcomms specialist and product development whiz. She came to Manifesto from GroupM Connect, via impact investment fund Acumen, where she helped to run an education platform reaching 190 countries.
Sam is an experienced strategy consultant with a background rooted in design and innovation. He’s worked with a diverse range of companies with experience delivering customer driven growth in financial services, utilities, media and publishing.
Catherine was a Senior Manager in Cancer Research UK’s innovation team, where she led the end-to-end development of new fundraising propositions. Catherine balances creative and commercial thinking, having previously worked in investor relations at Tesco PLC.
Christine joins Manifesto from the world of advertising where she excelled in planning and executing effective multichannel campaigns for a variety of B2C and B2C clients. She is a savvy strategist and storyteller who always brings a customer-first attitude to all her projects.
Will began his career at Goldman Sachs, and joined Manifesto after the successful sale of his first business venture; an innovative luxury travel company. Building a company from the ground up has given him invaluable experience in customer engagement, business strategy and operational delivery.
Oli joined us from Accenture’s Innovation Centre, where he ran ‘breakthrough thinking’ workshops with C-suite clients. At Manifesto, he brings together creative strategies with commercial innovations for clients including Coty, Fox and The Sun.
Hannah entered the world of growth consulting from BNP Paribas. She’s worked across a range of industries from Beauty to Utilities, tackling business challenges with a logical, solution focused approach. She’s designed effective delivery models and customer led propositions for Thames Water, Coty and Merlin to name a few.
Maddy is one of our most in-demand consultants, thanks to her wide ranging experience across sectors and disciplines. She’s been an integral part of our team on several major projects that include designing global subscription products, defining data-driven growth strategies and identifying investment optimisation opportunities.
With a background in strategy consultancy and technology start-ups, Anthony is passionate about helping businesses grow. Clients love his pragmatic, detail-oriented and results-based approach. Since joining Manifesto, Anthony has discovered the knack of spotting high growth opportunities in the media sector and gearing clients up for delivering them.
Jamie has a background in tech-focused private equity. Previously, he worked for leading European Fintech firm Funding Circle. He’s a specialist in proposition development and has experiences across financial services, media and retail.
Simon joined Manifesto from Argos’ commercial strategy team. Since joining Manifesto he has been a core member of our financial services practice, specialising in product strategy and open banking development. His work has formed the basis of Bacs’ thought leadership paper on consumer switching and he has recently written a chapter on financial inclusion for the Book on Open Banking.
Brooke joined Manifesto from the WPP Fellowship, where she worked on customer engagement, brand strategy, innovation, and customer insight projects for a range of global brands. She applies her creative agency experience to help clients develop customer-led growth strategies.
Alex started his career in international development and is now a specialist in growth strategy. He has consulted for some of the most famously innovative companies on the planet, including Sky, Google and News Corp.
Alex joined Manifesto from a craft brewery and has a background in teaching around the world. He brings fresh perspectives to customer proposition development and has a knack for reframing problems in a way that unblocks thinking to unlock new possibilities.
Archie’s background includes roles as product manager, consultant and internal strategist for a capital markets data, post-trade risk and analytics firm. He came to Manifesto via business development, sales and operations in startups in the Food & Bev industry.
Serge joined us from Associated British Foods where he helped to create the online strategy and customer experience for several major food brands. He brings expertise in e-commerce and fast growing online-retail models, and has contributed towards high-quality customer insight and operating model design projects.
Carissa has worked on consumer-driven strategies for organizations ranging from fin-tech startups to government agencies. She excels at taking a deep dive into research to uncover opportunities and strategies for growth.
Charlie is part hard nosed FD and part mad innovator. He brings creativity and raw innovative ambition, but tempered by the commercial nous of 20 years of strategy consulting. He believes that social impact is a key driver of future commercial success; and similarly big business has a huge role to play in changing society.
A former Finance Director of ntl: and Virgin Media’s £400m service division, gaining professional experience at KPMG. Stuart is a chartered accountant and advises businesses across multiple sectors. Outside the world of work he makes noises with his guitar, drinks too much coffee, ponders a bit of art and runs.
Neil has spent over thirty years in customer management and analytics. His cross-industry experience covers sales and customer operations, 6 sigma, CRM and Analytics Partner roles in a global consulting firm and running a big data analytics software business in EMEA and APAC. He’s also very keen on rocks and glaciers!
Karl is a digital strategy and UX expert. He has a knack for distilling complex business needs into elegant user experiences, across all digital channels. He’s worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them with monetisation, product definition and digital transformation. With over 15 years’ experience, he’s a recognised leader in his field and has mentored at several start-up incubators.
Using dynamic creative and leadership techniques, Lizzie helps effect real and positive change, particularly in the areas of: vision and strategy setting, team building and development, presentation dynamics, storytelling, leadership, brands and brand strategy, sales, and briefing.
Matt is a digital analytics and optimisation consultant with a focus on revealing insights and driving incremental performance for clients. Matt is passionate about how data is both captured and applied, and currently lectures for the IDM on the subject.
