Context

The Sun’s sports content is read by millions of sports fans across print and digital every month. The business has diversified from a traditional ad-funded model to launch both Sun Bets and Dream Team, the second most popular fantasy football game in the UK.  

Challenge

The Sun was looking to continue translating scale into digital engagement and sustainable revenue across their sport properties, by aligning internally around a customer proposition, and understanding the key areas of focus to for them to continue to build a growing business.
