Designed to be better

We founded Manifesto to challenge traditional consulting orthodoxies. We wanted to build a company that genuinely put client needs first, that looked after it's people and did work that made a material difference to real businesses.

To do this, we've gone out of our way to build a team of people from diverse business backgrounds. We value people with transferable skills and experience, over single sector specialists.

Manifesto’s family is made up of CMOs, entrepreneurs, financial analysts, brand experts, data whizzes, innovators, and the very best consultants the industry has to offer.
