We founded Manifesto to challenge traditional consulting orthodoxies. We wanted to build a company that genuinely put client needs first, that looked after it's people and did work that made a material difference to real businesses.

To do this, we've gone out of our way to build a team of people from diverse business backgrounds. We value people with transferable skills and experience, over single sector specialists.

Megan joins us from the University of Bath where she graduated with a degree in Management and Marketing. Her experience includes working at Sony Europe, where she helped implement a new brand strategy for their mobile division.

Joe joined Manifesto having previously worked within incubators and brand consultancies, particularly in the cosmetics and tech sectors. His roles concentrated on new venture strategy creation, and operational delivery for the launch of new start-ups and products.

Andy is a founding partner of Manifesto and a bona fide media industry specialist. Andy has 20 years’ consulting experience working with FTSE 100 companies, rising to Managing Director for Accenture’s Communications, Media and Technology practice where he led the Sky account.

Tilly’s background is in marketing and eCommerce, with experience spanning a variety of sectors. Most recently Tilly worked for an education charity where she drove marketing and business development efforts. Prior to that Tilly worked in Sydney, overseeing the eCommerce for an award-winning retailer.

Karl is a digital strategy and UX expert. He has a knack for distilling complex business needs into elegant user experiences, across all digital channels. He’s worked with some of the world’s biggest brands, helping them with monetisation, product definition and digital transformation. With over 15 years’ experience, he’s a recognised leader in his field and has mentored at several start-up incubators.

Fiona comes to Manifesto from a background in start-ups, working in the finance team of companies backed by Atomico and Octopus ventures. She’s helped companies grow from teams of 30 to 200, playing an invaluable role in a fast paced environment. She attained her ACCA accounting qualification in 2019.

Neil has spent over thirty years in customer management and analytics. His cross-industry experience covers sales and customer operations, 6 sigma, CRM and Analytics Partner roles in a global consulting firm and running a big data analytics software business in EMEA and APAC. He’s also very keen on rocks and glaciers!

Jean-François is our French Executive Partner based in Paris. He spent his entire career in the publishing sector developing a deep and recognised expertise in subscription and engagement strategies. After working more than 20 years for major news magazines, Jean-Francois has been consulting across France for the last 6 years, advising players from the publishing industry on their subscription, engagement, CRM and monetisation strategies.

He serves on the members council of the Tate, the council of The Marketing Group of Great Britain and is an honorary fellow of The Marketing Society.

Through her work at Manifesto, she’s become an expert in direct-to-customer business models, content monetisation and lifetime value planning. Laura is both a brilliant programme manager and a highly creative customer experience designer.

He began his career as an investment risk manager at Barings and leads development of the commercial models that underpin our clients’ growth strategies. He leads the execution of VIP - our unique data-driven value modelling methodology.

Joanna joined us from Accenture where she enjoyed a 20-year career and spent 3 years as the Managing Director of Accenture’s Customer Strategy Practice, leading it to double-digit growth. Joanna leads Manifesto’s financial services (FS) practice, helping our retail FS and Payments clients navigate critical industry challenges and deliver growth through new revenue streams and innovative business models.

Sophie comes from a later stage fintech startup which provided financing solutions for digital media and ad tech businesses. Her role was to ensure that the company’s products met the needs of customers to help them support and sustain growth. Sophie is particularly interested in how disruptive technologies, particularly within financial services, are changing customer expectations and behaviours.

Adam is an INSEAD Master in Management student with work experience spanning three continents and three different sectors. Prior to his Master’s degree, he spent two years in Vietnam working as a project manager for an apparel manufacturer, where he was tasked with consolidating and digitalising some of the company’s least efficient processes
